To make sure you are safe, educated and supported during this time. I honor not only the birth of your baby, but especially the (re)birth of the Mother.
As a full spectrum Dynamo Doula, I am here to guide you emotionally and physically and remind you of your innate strength and power.
I work both in GERMAN & ENGLISH and all my offerings are available in both languages.

Pregnancy
From the moment you get the test results: I got you! My energy and support will have you feeling excited, loved and prepared all the way.
Birth
Birth is like climbing a mountain or running a marathon. But from the moment we put on our shoes to the second we arrive at the top: I’ll be there with you! During every contraction.
Postpartum
it’s a wild ride and I recognize the lack of support in this stage! But don’t worry, through the hormonal changes, needing a shoulder to lean on and having to take care of a newborn: I got you! We were never meant to do this alone.
