I would completely recommend working with Mona. I live in the UK, and so we were able to meet for an online Zoom call during my third trimester. I am planning a freebirth and Mona was incredibly positive and supportive, as well as practical and informative. At the end of our conversation I felt secure and confident, I felt like I had been heard and understood, and that Mona answered all my questions, provided excellent resources and suggested things I had not thought of. Mona is joyful, she is calm and she is definitely someone I would want with me while giving birth.

I had a virtual doula session with Mona when I was 39 weeks pregnant. I was feeling pressure from my hospital who wanted to book in a medical induction for me on week 40 following a gestational diabetes diagnosis. Mona supported me on a video call as we spoke about my worries and she provided some wonderful advie and reminded me of my rights and choices. She also gave me some handy tips on how to encourage a natural induction. This call helped to lower any feelings of anxiety around inductions and focus on the positives and ways to boost Oxytocin. Mona was professional, nurturing and so lovely and had me feeling safe and supported.
