You don't want to walk into one of the biggest experiences of your life feeling overwhelmed, confused or like you're piecing everything together from Instagram posts, Google searches and random advice from strangers.
You want to feel prepared. You want to trust yourself. You want to know your options, feel confident in your decisions and have someone firmly in your corner when things feel big.
Maybe this is your first baby. Maybe it isn't.
Maybe you're carrying a previous birth experience that wasn't what you hoped for and you know you want something different this time.
Either way, you know this experience matters.
Imagine moving through pregnancy, birth and postpartum feeling supported, informed and deeply cared for. Imagine having a space where you can say the things you're not saying anywhere else. The fears. The excitement. The rage. The doubts. The hopes you barely dare say out loud. Nothing is too much. Nothing is too weird. Nothing shocks me.
Because becoming a mother is messy, vulnerable, beautiful, powerful work.
As your doula, I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you trust yourself. To help you tune out the noise and connect with what feels right for you, your baby and your family.
Birth is unpredictable. But you don't have to navigate it alone.
You'll have someone who knows your story, understands your wishes and will support you every step of the way. Someone who will celebrate with you, hold space for you, remind you of your strength and help you feel like you can finally exhale.
Because this isn't just about having a baby. It's about stepping into motherhood feeling supported, respected and fully seen. And that's a transformation worth investing in.
I work both in GERMAN & ENGLISH and all my offerings are available in both languages.
I am currently located and working in Vienna, Austria.

What my birth support could look like
I believe in birth and I believe in you but I can’t give you an exact outline of how I will love you through this marathon, because every birth is different and every birthing person will need something else. I can tell you that I will love you, hear and see you through every moment and will be a gentle, yet strong, presence.
I will suggest different positions to try out, comfort measures like touch, acupressure, movement or dancing, vocalizing so you can lean into your power (or not touch you at all)
I will remind you of your strength and your resiliency, your badass and innate birthing skills, no matter how or where your babe is born (or be completely quiet if this is what you need)
I will help you tap into the transformative and wild ride that childbirth is
I will breathe with you through each contraction, surge or wave
I will activate my intuition superpower and hold the energy of the room, help your partner and give emotional and physical support
What the postnatal sessions could look like
Postpartum is often overlooked and underestimated, but it’s a real passion of mine to bring back the respect to this period of time. It requires way more support than most people think. This is where the magical 8 F’s come really into play!
I will make you feel validated, understood and held during this raw and vulnerable time.
During these home visits I will look after you, the newborn mother. We will laugh or cry together and I will make sure you rest and take time to heal. We will debrief the birth as much as you want through talking, moving or creating art. I can run small errands for or with you and do a general home clean. I always take my ring sling with me so I can hold and cuddle baby while you eat, sleep, shower, go out, connect with your partner or just rest.
Staying in that sacred baby bubble and not care about much else besides bonding with and feeding your baby is the priority. Everything else will get outsourced as much as possible. We were never meant to do this alone!
Lots of attention and love directed your way: maybe I will make you a relaxing bath, give you a gentle head or neck rub so you feel nourished, pampered and celebrated, because you deserve it!
