I now have an even deeper understanding of the pregnant body and my knowledge of the anatomy of birth grew a lot. I have so many new extremely helpful tools to make birth easier.
I can also show you gentle and effective ways to heal after birth and restore your body.
My “Prepare your body for birth” sessions can be in person in Vienna or worldwide via Zoom. Spots are limited each month so send me a message now to book yours. 60-75 min including assessment and practice: €120 per session.
